This Membership Agreement applies to individuals who access any platform that provides services under the name of Joy Epin as a Visitor, Member, User, Seller, or Buyer, regardless of age. Therefore, please read the following terms carefully. If you do not accept these terms, please do not visit and/or use the platforms that provide services on behalf of Joy Epin.
The official representative of the name Joy Epin is LIGHTGAME MARKETING LTD, located at Free Port and Zone P.O. Box No: 1408 Gazimağusa / K.K.T.C. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The services provided on any platform on behalf of Joy Epin are offered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the information, images, prices, product diversifications, campaigns and discounts, or any kind of content on any platform used on behalf of Joy Epin, including these Terms of Use, at any time without any notice.
Joy Epin may change the terms specified in this Membership Agreement at any time without any notice or notification. These changes will be effective for everyone visiting or using the relevant platforms from the date they are published on the website, mobile application, or any platform providing services on behalf of Joy Epin. No user can unilaterally request the amendment, update, or removal of the terms of this Membership Agreement. Joy Epin will consider requests for changes when sent in writing and signed via email, mail, or courier. However, it does not share its consent with anyone or transfer its authority. There is no obligation to respond to the received requests.
WEBSITE: The website with the domain name www.joyalisveris.com and its subdomains, all rights of which belong to the Company.
MOBILE APPLICATION: The software named Joy Epin, which all rights belong to the Company, and works on mobile phones, tablets, and similar portable devices. This software is obtained from stores such as Apple App Store or Google Play. The Joy Epin software available in these stores, installed on behalf of the Company, meets the necessary security conditions. The Company is not responsible for any security issues arising from software installed through other means.
JOY EPIN: Refers to the combination of the Website and the Mobile Application.
SERVICES: Refers to all services provided by Joy Epin to facilitate transactions defined in the Terms of Use and Membership Agreement for Sellers and Buyers. These services include:
The Company may change the definition of Services or restrict their use by third parties at any time without notice.
SERVICE FEE: The fee that must be paid to Joy Epin by the Seller, which is accepted in advance by this agreement. Joy Epin covers this fee by taking a commission from product sales transactions between Buyers and Sellers. The Service Fee is specified on www.joyalisveris.com and the Joy Epin mobile application. Joy Epin may unilaterally change the Service Fee at any time by announcing it in this agreement, on the website, or in the mobile application. Changes are effective from the moment they are published.
VISITOR: Refers to any real or legal person who accesses Joy Epin. The term Visitor includes all definitions of Member, User, Seller, and Buyer.
MEMBER: Refers to any real or legal person who has become a member of Joy Epin by creating and approving a user account, listing products and/or services, and creating content, and benefiting from other services offered by Joy Epin under the conditions specified in the Membership Agreement. Membership requirements are detailed in the Membership Agreement. Membership to Joy Epin can be individual or corporate.
SELLER: A real or legal person who sells their Product to a Buyer as an individual or corporate member of Joy Epin. Membership is required to become a Seller on Joy Epin. Under this agreement, the USER acknowledges that they are over 18 years old and considered of legal age according to relevant Turkish laws. The necessary membership conditions are explained in this agreement.
BUYER: A real or legal person who purchases a product from Joy Epin or from a Seller as an individual or corporate member. Membership is required to become a Buyer on Joy Epin. Under this agreement, the USER acknowledges that they are over 18 years old and considered of legal age according to relevant Turkish laws. The necessary membership conditions are explained in this agreement.
USER: Refers to any real or legal person who sells or purchases Products or benefits from Services offered on Joy Epin. Users may also be referred to as “Visitor,” “Member,” “Buyer,” or “Seller.” The Company may request additional documents, including identity photocopies, to verify this as needed.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER: Payment service providers such as banks, electronic money institutions, and payment institutions under the 5411 Banking Law, as specified in Article 13 of Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions, with which the Company has a contractual relationship. The Company may change Payment and Service Providers at any time without any notice.
PRODUCT: Products provided by third-party companies with which Joy Epin has franchise agreements, offered for sale by Sellers, in accordance with the Forbidden Products list in the Listing Rules, this agreement, Terms of Use, Membership Agreement, Distance Sales Agreement, and other annexes. These products are intangible. They consist of digital codes and game currency, commonly referred to as E-PIN / Electronic Pin. From now on, the Product may also be referred to as E-PIN.
CONTENT: Refers to all information, text, files, images, videos, and other visual, textual, and auditory materials related to Products accessible through Joy Epin, including but not limited to content uploaded by the Company or Users. Content may also be referred to as “Product” from now on.
DATABASE: The complete set of data, including content stored, classified, queried, and accessible, which is owned by the Company and protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and processed under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
3.1. This Membership Agreement is valid between the Company, which owns Joy Epin, and the Member who wants to benefit from the Services, and determines the terms and conditions required for membership.
3.2. By accepting this Membership Agreement, Members agree that Individual Members have sufficient capacity to enter into a contract under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Corporate Members acknowledge that the Membership Agreement has been accepted by authorized persons and is binding for the corporate entity. Joy Epin offers two types of membership: individual and corporate.
3.3. By accepting the Membership Agreement, the Member agrees, declares, and undertakes that they are authorized to use the Services provided on the Website and Mobile Application, to access Joy Epin, and to assume all responsibility for service selection, usage, and access to Joy Epin.
3.4. The discretion to accept membership solely belongs to the Company. Membership applications will be evaluated by the Company, which reserves the right to refuse membership requests without providing a reason. After the membership process is completed, the Company has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel membership and to cease providing Services without giving any reason.
3.5. Membership is completed by filling out the membership form on the Website and having the Company approve the membership request. Members agree, declare, and undertake in advance that they will not be able to collect from Buyers if they do not enter their bank and other payment and account details in the relevant sections of the Website or Mobile Application.
3.6. For the Company to approve your membership application, additional documents such as a photocopy of ID, Turkish ID number, driver’s license, passport, bank-approved account and IBAN information, residence certificate, bank-stamped and signed receipt, tax plate, and signature circular, among others, may be requested. Bank details must be in the Member's name. Membership applications from individuals or entities that do not fulfill this request may be rejected by the Company without justification.
3.7. The Member is responsible for any shipping costs related to the documents they need to send to the Company.
3.8. Joy Epin and the Company, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Electronic Commerce Regulation Law No. 6563, act as “Intermediary Service Providers” facilitating distance contracts between Sellers and Buyers for the sub-service specified in item (c) of the definition of SERVICES. Sellers are responsible for the content, price, copyright, and all legal requirements related to the advertisements they provide on Joy Epin. Joy Epin has no responsibility for the Sellers' products. Joy Epin may suspend or remove a Seller’s product for a specified or indefinite period without any obligation to notify the Seller.
3.9. Under the sub-service defined in item (a) of the definition of SERVICES, Joy Epin acts as an “Intermediary Service Provider” facilitating the sale of products owned by third-party companies with which Joy Epin has a dealership agreement. Joy Epin does not sell products from its own stock. No product sold on Joy Epin is owned by the Company.
3.10. Joy Epin lists the Products offered for sale by Members on the Website. After the payment of the Product price by Buyers, the Company ensures that the payment is transferred to the relevant Seller following the Buyer’s approval. Sellers agree and undertake that the Company is authorized to collect the payment for the Products sold on their behalf. Buyers fulfill their payment obligations to Sellers through the payment made via Joy Epin. In this context, Sellers agree and undertake in advance that the Company is authorized to transfer payments made by Buyers to the Seller’s account and that they are obliged to pay a service fee for the Services. Joy Epin charges a percentage-based service fee on the product price from individual and corporate members. This fee rate may differ for individual and corporate members. The rate may be changed by Joy Epin at any time via the website and mobile application. Changes are deemed accepted by Users upon publication. Only Joy Epin has the authority to determine the service fee percentage.
3.11. Members accept in advance that the Service Fee rates declared on the website or mobile application will apply for collections from Buyers.
3.12. Members, Sellers, Buyers, Visitors, or Users accept, declare, and undertake that the Company is not obliged to verify any information entered by them in the relevant sections of Joy Epin and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided under any circumstances.
3.13. Joy Epin has the right to use the information stored in the Database to convert it into statistical data, for advertising and/or marketing purposes, to determine general trends of Users, and to provide richer content to Users at any time.
3.14. Joy Epin may use the Product information, images, descriptions, comments, and suggestions sent by Members and/or any Content related to the Product in any way. Except for this, by accepting this agreement, Members agree that their personal information such as identity details, photos, and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties by Joy Epin.
3.15. The Company reserves the right to limit the quantities of purchases or acquisitions.
3.16. The Company strives to present Product visuals as close to the original as possible but does not guarantee the accuracy of the Product visuals.
3.17. The Company does not provide any guarantees, whether explicit or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted continuity, constant updates, sales guarantees, or accuracy of Services. The Company may suspend or permanently stop the Services when deemed necessary. The Company is not liable to Members for any damages arising from the temporary suspension or permanent cessation of Services.
3.18. The Company has the right to apply campaigns or promotions on the Service Fee. The duration of these campaigns or promotions is determined by the Company and may be terminated before the specified period ends.
3.19. Apart from collecting payments on behalf of Sellers from Buyers, the Company does not represent Buyers or Sellers under any circumstances. The Company has no obligation to facilitate communication between Sellers and Buyers in case of disputes or similar situations, nor can it be shown as a party in such disputes.
3.20. During the use of services provided by Joy Epin, any actions or behaviors that constitute crimes under the applicable laws, including but not limited to advertisements, unfair competition, terrorism, money laundering, insults, racist content, political, religious, or derogatory remarks, pornography, use of slang words, or harassment of other users, and insults to the memory of Atatürk, are prohibited and violate the rules of this Agreement. In such cases, the Member may be denied access to the services either temporarily or permanently by Joy Epin, and any relevant content, materials, data, and other elements created by the Member may be shared with official authorities upon request. User information may also be shared with legal and administrative authorities, including but not limited to prosecutors and law enforcement agencies, based on official requests.
3.21. Technical support for issues other than sales is not provided through the live support line. For issues other than sales, the Support Request menus available on the Member profile page should be used.
3.22. No refunds are made for purchased League of Legends Unranked accounts. Only one replacement account will be provided within the 1-week warranty period.
3.23. If a Member has conducted a sale or purchase on the site, their personal information must be retained in the system for 5 years. The purpose of retaining this information is to provide it to relevant authorities in the event of a judicial process.
3.24. It is prohibited to conduct exchanges through the Joy Epin.com website. Those who make such offers and conduct exchange transactions may have their Joy Epin memberships terminated without warning. Joy Epin does not provide support to individuals involved in such prohibited transactions.
3.25. By registering on the Joy Epin.com website and mobile application, the Member agrees to receive SMS notifications of sales and purchase messages from JOY EPIN and emails related to sales transactions.
3.26. Memberships of individuals who send messages containing insults, abusive language, or harassment to JOY EPIN management, employees, or members via the support system, live support, or other channels will be terminated without warning.
3.27. To prevent issues in transaction processes, protect members from grievances, and resolve them, JOY EPIN may contact Buyers and Sellers via WhatsApp or phone call.
3.28. Memberships of users who request payments outside the site and insist on this from Buyers and Sellers will be terminated.
3.29. If a seller does not provide sufficient information in the ad description, the Buyer will be considered right in such cases, and the transaction will be canceled with a refund to the Buyer.
3.30. If a previously banned member registers a new account, it will also be banned upon detection.
3.31. If a seller markets the same account information to multiple buyers, their account will be closed.
3.32. Balance coupons sent between Members are only valid for in-site expenditures. No withdrawal requests can be made.
3.33. Video recording is mandatory during the purchase of digital codes. In case of a complaint, video recordings of the purchase, including before and after the transaction, will be requested.
4.1. The Member agrees and undertakes to use the Services in accordance with the rules published on Joy Epin. In the event of any changes, Members cannot claim rights based on prior or accrued rights. Changes to this agreement are published on www.joyepin.com and are deemed to be in effect as soon as they are published.
4.2. The legal and penal responsibility for every transaction made by the Member on Joy Epin solely rests with the Member. In this context, the Member accepts and declares that they will comply with all current laws, regulations, and guidelines and that all responsibilities arising from them are their own.
4.3. The Member cannot claim ignorance of the responsibilities imposed by the current legislation or inability to be aware of them.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for sending the Product purchased by the Buyer, for any reason, to the Buyer. The Company cannot be held responsible for the Seller's illegal actions. If such a situation is reported by the Buyer, the Company is authorized to suspend or delete the relevant Seller’s account. The Company does not undertake mediation or arbitration in any disputes between the Buyer and Seller.
4.5. All Members accept and declare that the information defined on Joy Epin (name, surname, phone number, ID number, address, email, bank account details, tax plate) is correct and belongs to them. If the Company detects or suspects a discrepancy in this information, it may temporarily suspend or permanently delete the Member’s account.
4.6. The Company may suspend the Member’s membership temporarily or permanently without providing a reason or prior notice, subject to any other restrictions, or unilaterally terminate this Membership Agreement. In the event of membership termination or suspension, if the Member has any receivables from the Company, the Company may withhold it to offset potential damage.
4.7. The Company reserves the right to claim compensation for material and moral damages in cases of violation of the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and annexes. If Joy Epin’s broadcast is suspended or terminated for any reason, the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and annexes are considered suspended during this period. Members cannot make claims for compensation for sales transactions that are suspended during this period.
4.8. This agreement will be automatically terminated if all the Services on Joy Epin are terminated. However, if the Company starts providing additional services to the methods specified in the Services, this agreement will also apply to the new services.
4.9. In cases where deemed necessary, the Company may report or notify the relevant Prosecutor’s Offices and relevant regulatory and oversight bodies about the Member without prior warning (especially, but not limited to; for sales of stolen, non-original, counterfeit, and/or fake products). The Member agrees and undertakes not to hold the Company liable for any damages resulting from such a report and not to claim compensation from the Company.
4.10. The Company is not obligated to issue invoices for transactions with financial benefits between Buyers and Sellers on Joy Epin. The Member is responsible for issuing VAT invoices for their sales and sending them to the Buyer. The Company cannot be held responsible for any financial transactions between Members. In cases of irregularities in purchase and sale transactions, Member accounts may be suspended indefinitely or deleted entirely. If relevant official institutions of the Republic of Turkey request proper information and documents regarding the money transfers between Members, the Company will deliver this information and documents promptly without notifying the Member. The Company cannot be held responsible for legal proceedings between the official institutions and the Member.
4.11. The Member may terminate this agreement with a written and signed petition 15 days in advance. Upon approval of the termination process by the Company, the Member will be notified via email or SMS.
4.12. The Member may only sell the product listed on Joy Epin to a Buyer found through Joy Epin. If the Seller sells the product to the Buyer through another channel and causes a potential revenue loss for the Company, this is considered a reason for termination. The membership of the Member causing this will be terminated without any justification and indefinitely. Re-membership will be prohibited.
5.1. By accepting this agreement, the Member agrees that the Company has the right to access the Member’s profile on Joy Epin at any time and without any prior notice.
5.2. The Member must create a profile page to list products for sale. In creating this profile page, the Member will enter the requested personal information (name, surname, phone number, ID number, address, email, bank account details, tax plate, etc.) into the relevant fields. Some information provided by Members is requested for use in Services and may not appear on the profile page. The Company has the right to modify any part of the profile page at any time, without any notification.
5.3. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the information on their profile page is accurate and complete. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from incomplete information.
5.4. Profiles cannot be opened on behalf of someone else, cannot be used by others, and cannot be transferred to others once opened. Account transactions between Members without the Company’s knowledge do not legally bind the Company. The Member agrees that the Company has the right to unilaterally terminate the Membership Agreement and end the Member’s membership without any notice due to such actions.
5.5. A Member who acts contrary to the Membership Agreement or Terms of Use and annexes may be banned from rejoining Joy Epin indefinitely. Verification may be done using the Member's ID number and account number. If it is determined that the Member is banned, any subsequent membership applications will be rejected without notice.
5.6. The Member is responsible for protecting their username and password. The Member may not disclose these details to third parties or make them available to others. The Member undertakes to immediately report to Joy Epin if they learn that their information has been used without permission. The Company has the right to block access to Joy Epin and/or terminate the membership to prevent unauthorized use.
5.7. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the product photos or profile photos published on their profile are their own, reflect reality, and conform to social morality rules. In case of violation of this provision, the Company will cancel the Member’s membership without further notice.
5.8. The Company has the right to invalidate unused profiles. Profiles with no user activity for 6 months or more may be deactivated. Additional actions may be required from the Member to reactivate these profiles.
5.9. No Member may manipulate or target the profile of another member on Joy Epin. The Company will not be involved in or held liable for any material or moral compensation claims arising from such reasons between Members.
5.10. The Member can view only the logs related to their profile operations provided by the Company. The Member understands and unconditionally accepts that the Company does not keep any records other than the logs provided and does not have a technical infrastructure to provide additional records.
5.11. The Member accepts that their profile information will be removed from the Joy Epin database when the agreement ends under any condition, and the Company has no obligation to prove that this process has been completed.
5.12. A profile is verified as belonging to a specific Member using their ID number, email address, or phone number. Therefore, a second profile cannot be created with the same ID number, email address, or phone number.
6.1. Members can list products for sale on Joy Epin in accordance with the Listing Rules.
6.2. The Member agrees, declares, and undertakes not to enter any Content that violates any legislation, including but not limited to those regulating consumer protection, intellectual rights, and advertising, and not to include statements, images, or videos that contravene these regulations in their content.
6.3. The Member agrees, declares, and undertakes not to engage in illegal activities such as defamation, libel, threats, or harassment against other Users, companies, individuals, or competitors of Joy Epin, and not to attempt to disrupt the Joy Epin infrastructure or use pornographic content.
6.4. The Seller acknowledges that they are solely responsible for all legal obligations regarding the products and services they list, and that the Company is not directly or indirectly involved in sales in any capacity.
6.5. On Joy Epin, products are offered to Users through dealership agreements, without stock and on-demand, and not managed by the Company. Joy Epin does not sell physical products. All products are digital codes or similar forms of E-PINs.
6.6. Joy Epin is not responsible for physical or non-physical products offered by Sellers. The Company does not provide guarantees or after-sales support for these products. The Company also has no responsibility for products that Sellers need to ship. Joy Epin cannot be involved in the commercial relationship between Sellers and Buyers.
6.7. The Company may, without any warning, temporarily or permanently suspend the publication of any Content that is unlawful, infringes on others' personal and commercial rights, or violates the Terms of Use, Membership Agreement, and annexes. If there is a payment made for the publication of the Product content, this payment will not be refunded under any circumstances. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that they cannot request a refund of any payment made to the Company.
6.8. Joy Epin has no obligation to regulate, establish, or create the relationship between the Buyer and Seller or act as an arbitrator for any reason. The Buyer and Seller are solely responsible for their sales and post-sales disputes, and they accept and declare that Joy Epin has no responsibility in this regard.
6.9. Members are obliged to avoid causing any material or moral damage to the Company and Joy Epin and to preserve the Company’s and Joy Epin’s reputation. Sellers are obliged to conduct their relations with Buyers respectfully and may not use insulting, degrading, or offensive language. Memberships of Sellers reported by Buyers for such behavior may be suspended for an indefinite period or terminated.
6.10. Sellers whose membership is terminated or suspended indefinitely for violations of this agreement or other agreements and annexes cannot claim any earnings accumulated in their balance from product sales for an indefinite period or ever.
6.11. Even if a dispute arises between the Buyer and Seller, the Company has no obligation to pay or refund the Service Fee collected.
6.12. If League of Legends Unranked accounts purchased from Joy Epin are banned from the game, Joy Epin will provide a new account for the guarantee period of 1 month as compensation. There is no obligation to provide a refund.
6.13. For sellers of the "Nitro" product in the Discord category, their balance may be blocked for up to 15 days. If requested by the Company, the seller must provide purchase details (invoice, receipt, etc.). Failure to provide these documents may result in account closure.
The Content accessed on Joy Epin and the information provided by Users, including but not limited to the Joy Epin Database, Interface, design, text, and codes, are owned by the Company and/or have been legally acquired by the Company under a valid license from a third party. Except for cases where the Company has explicitly authorized such actions under these Terms of Use, no Content from Joy Epin's Database, Interface, or any other elements may be shared or copied.
Joy Epin is not responsible for any Content uploaded by the User. The User is solely responsible for any legal proceedings that may arise from unauthorized sharing of such content. Joy Epin reserves the right to delete any content it deems unlawful without prior notice.
The User agrees and undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or process any Content on Joy Epin, including but not limited to electronic texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, and lists.
The User agrees and undertakes not to engage in any activities on Joy Epin that would damage or infringe the personal or commercial reputation or rights of the Company and third parties.
All Content accessed and/or viewed on Joy Epin is owned by the Company. Without written request to Joy Epin and obtaining written permission from Joy Epin, such Content cannot be reproduced, copied, or shared with third parties.
The User may not attempt to access the database where the Content accessed and/or viewed on Joy Epin is stored.
It is prohibited for the User to use APIs, scripts, or other software to extract data with the aim of obtaining Content accessed and/or viewed on Joy Epin.
The name, logo, or any content representing Joy Epin cannot be used in any medium without the Company’s written approval. Joy Epin announces its business partners on its website www.joyepin.com. Apart from those listed here, no individual or legal entity has the right to use any content representing the name Joy Epin.
This Agreement will remain in effect for as long as the User’s membership is active and will continue to be in force and effect between the parties. It will be considered terminated if the membership is temporarily or permanently suspended. The Terms of Use and any other agreements and appendices are an annex and integral part of this Membership Agreement. The Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and appendices may be amended by Joy Epin. Users will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and the new version of the agreement in its entirety each time they access Joy Epin. Changes are published on www.joyepin.com and the Joy Epin mobile application, and they will be effective as of the date of publication and deemed accepted by the Users.
In disputes arising between the Company and the User, the applicable law will be the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and the competent court will be the Gazimağusa Courts and Enforcement Offices.
This Membership Agreement comes into effect upon mutual acceptance and the User’s electronic approval.
The Company reserves the right to update and modify any provision, part, or all of this Membership Agreement and its appendices at any time. In this regard, all published texts will be valid for Members from the date of publication. The User's claim of not knowing the changes will not be accepted.
