JoyEpin is officially represented by LIGHTGAME MARTKETING LTD, located at Salih Kanat Sokak Emek Apartmanı 12/2 Girne /KKTC. Hereafter referred to as the "Company," all Services offered under the JoyEpin name across any platform are provided by the Company.
1. PURPOSE
1.1. The primary purpose of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK" or "Law") is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the privacy of personal life, in the processing of personal data.
1.2. LIGHTGAME MARTKETING LTD commits to processing personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 dated 24.03.2016 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. DEFINITIONS
WEBSITE: The internet site comprising the domain name www.joyepin.com and its subdomains, all rights of which are owned by the Company.
MOBILE APPLICATION: The software named JoyEpin, owned entirely by the Company, operates on portable devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc. This software, available on platforms like Apple App Store or Google Play, ensures necessary security standards. The Company is not responsible for security issues arising from the installation of software obtained through means other than these stores.
JOYEPIN: Refers collectively to the Internet Site and Mobile Application as "JoyEpin."
SERVICES: Encompasses all services provided by JoyEpin to enable Sellers and Buyers to conduct transactions defined in the Seller and Buyer Terms and Conditions and Membership Agreement. Within this scope, the services provided by JoyEpin include acting as an intermediary service, listing and selling products of third-party companies with whom JoyEpin has dealership agreements, facilitating communication between Sellers and Buyers for the sale of Seller-owned products to Buyers, providing additional services such as storefront and boosting listings to increase visibility of Seller listings, and facilitating communication between Sellers and Buyers via live phone support or other communication means when requested.
The Company reserves the right to change the definition of Services and may suspend Services for third-party use at any time and without any notification.
VISITOR: Refers to any natural or legal person accessing JoyEpin. The Visitor definition includes all categories of Members, Users, Sellers, and Buyers. The Company may request additional documents, including a photocopy of an ID, to verify this.
MEMBER: Refers to natural or legal persons who have created and approved a user account on JoyEpin, listing their products and/or services and benefiting from other services provided by JoyEpin under the conditions specified in the Membership Agreement. The conditions for membership are outlined in the Membership Agreement, which can be individual or corporate.
SELLER: Refers to natural or legal persons who sell their Product to Buyers on JoyEpin as individual or corporate members. Membership is required to become a Seller. According to this agreement, the USER is deemed an adult and is considered to be of legal age according to the relevant laws of the Republic of Turkey. The necessary membership requirements are stated in the Membership Agreement.
BUYER: Refers to natural or legal persons who purchase JoyEpin's or Seller's product on JoyEpin as individual or corporate members. Membership is required to become a Buyer. According to this agreement, the USER is deemed an adult and is considered to be of legal age according to the relevant laws of the Republic of Turkey. The necessary membership requirements are stated in the Membership Agreement.
USER: Refers to any natural or legal person who sells or purchases Products listed on JoyEpin or benefits from services provided. Users may also be referred to as Visitors, Members, Buyers, or Sellers. The Company may request additional documents, including a photocopy of an ID, to verify this.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER: The banks, electronic money institutions, and payment service providers under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions No. 5411 are payment service providers within the meaning of the Law. The Company reserves the right to change Payment and Service Providers at any time and without notice.
PRODUCT: Refers to products provided by third-party companies with whom JoyEpin has a dealership agreement, listed and sold on JoyEpin by Sellers in accordance with this agreement, Terms of Use, Membership Agreement, Distance Sales Agreement, and other appendices. These products are not physical items but consist of instant-consumed digital codes and game currencies, collectively referred to as E-PIN / Electronic Pin hereinafter.
CONTENT: Refers to all information accessible through JoyEpin, including but not limited to any information, text, files, images, videos, and similar visual, literary, and auditory objects uploaded by the Company or Users. Hereinafter, Content may also be referred to as "Product."
DATABASE: Refers to all data processed within the meaning of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, owned by the Company and protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
